Principal

Marylyn Phillips

Marylyn was taught to dance by her mother, Jackie Palmer, and subsequently at The Place, New College for Speech and Drama, and her acrobatic coach was an ex-Hungarian Circus Acrobat! She holds AIDTA, ADB and LRAM qualifications. She worked as a professional choreographer and for the BBC . Marylyn also runs JPA Associates which incorporates Jackie Palmer Agency, JPA Young Performers and JPA Management. as well as being the Director of the Jackie Palmer Academy. In 1971, Marylyn married Chris Phillips, who was working for the BBC, and for 25 years presented and produced shows for BBC Radio. He now deals with the technical side of the school – recording music, voices and filming clients’ audition pieces to send all over the world.

Aimee Marie Tillman

Trained with Jackie Palmer Stage School and Jackie Palmer Academy from the ages of three to 18. She has performed in both Fiddler on the Roof and Evita tours, as well as numerous Pantomimes and TV Commercials.
Antoinette Lo
Training: The Arts Educational School

Teaching Since: 2000
Relevant Experience: Professional performer in the West End and performed at the Laurence Olivier Awards. A Resident singing Teacher at the childrens day school, Arts Educational in Chiswick
Carmen Godwin
Training: Gloria Hill School of Dance
Teacher Qualification: IDTA, BSc (Psychology)
Teaching Since: 1994
Relevant Experience: Worked as a professional dancer & choreographer, before focussing on teaching. Has taught in numerous primary schools and now combines teaching with running ‘THRIFT’, a company that specialises in creativity for youngsters, with her husband.
Gerard Logan
Training: RADA
Teacher Qualification: LAMDA Dip
Teaching Since: 2003
Relevant Experience: An Olivier Award Nominee, Leading Roles with RSC, National Theatre, Regional Theatre and work on Screen and Radio. Combines his teaching and lecturing with performing his award winning solo show globally.
Nikki Vann-Morris

Training: Jackie Palmer Stage School

Teaching Since: 2005
Relevant Experience: Worked professionally as a child performer on Stage & Screen and combines her teaching here and in other local schools with her own very successful school Step To It Academy.

Paula Watts
Training: Heathrow Gymnastics Club
Teacher Qualification: WAGC
Teaching Since: 2005
Relevant Experience: Worked in several Gym Clubs in the area helping to teach on all four Womens elements, Floor, Beam, Vault and Bars and combines teaching here with other training schools
Rebecca Daniels
Training: Bodywork Company Dance Studios
Teacher Qualification: MT Dip
Teaching Since: 2020
Relevant Experience: Has worked extensively as a dancer and choreographer with Serendipity Castings both Nationally and Internationally. Presenter for The Hundred Cricket and has her own radio show on Wycombe Sound.
